Learned counsel for the State submits that a

closure report has been filed while learned counsel

for respondent No.2 submits that a protest petition

has been filed against the closure report.

Suffice to say that the aforesaid would be

decided on its own merits but there is no question

of arrest of the petitioner, at this stage, in view

of the closure report...
