O R D E R
The petitioner (wife) seeks transfer in terms of the
following prayer:-
(a) Transfer the Divorce Petition being Case No.F.C.O.P. No.100 of 2022 titled as M. Harish vs. Smt. M. Keerthi @ Alekhya pending before the Family Court: R.R. Dist., at Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana to Family Court, Brahmpur, Dist. Ganjam, Odisha.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though
served there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent
(husband).
We see no reason why the petition should not be allowed in
terms of the prayer. Accordingly, the transfer petition is
allowed in terms of the prayer.
Registry will communicate a copy of this order to the
transferor court for effecting compliance.
All files of the case shall be transferred to the
transferee Court.
