WITH
REVIEW PETITION (CIVIL) NO. OF 2022 [Diary No. 13436 of 2022]
IN CIVIL APPEAL NOS. 251-256 OF 2015
O R D E R
The applications seeking permission to file review petitions are granted.
The applications for oral hearing stand rejected.
These review petitions are barred by time by 1058 days, 1069 days and
1114 days respectively. From the averments taken in the applications filed in
the respective review petitions, we are unable to find sufficient cause for
condonation of inordinate delay in filing these review petitions against the
judgment dated 12.03.2019 as passed by this Court in a batch of appeals led by
Civil Appeal Nos. 251-256 of 2015.
Apart from the above, having carefully perused the review petitions as also
the grounds in support thereof, in our opinion, no case for review of judgment
dated 12.03.2019 is made out.
These review petitions are, therefore, dismissed on the ground of delay as
also on merits.
All the pending applications also stand disposed of.
