UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that her client has
verified the contents of the charge-sheet based on FIR No.89 of 2006
registered in the instant case, which shows that the offences referred to
therein are not under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code but under
Sections 279 and 304A of the Code.
