O R D E R
The petitioner (wife) seeks transfer in terms of the
following prayer:-
(a) Transfer of the petition being HMA No.680 of 2021 titled as "Shivraj Singh v. Babita Kanwar" under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court Jaipur, Rajasthan seeking decree of divorce to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though
served there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent
(husband).
We see no reason why the petition should not be allowed in
terms of the prayer. Accordingly, the transfer petition is
allowed in terms of the prayer.
Registry will communicate a copy of this order to the
transferor court for effecting compliance.
All files of the case shall be transferred to the
transferee Court.
