UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. The petitioner, who appears to have brazenly abused his
fundamental right of free expression and speech, cannot be extended
any discretionary relief by this Court in a petition under Article
32 of the Constitution. The writ petition is, accordingly,
dismissed.
2. The petitioner, however, is at liberty to avail the
appropriate remedy before the Court concerned, including the
jurisdictional High Court.
