O R D E R
1. Learned counsel appearing for the Union Territory of
Chandigarh, upon obtaining instructions in terms of the order dated
12th November, 2025, fairly submits that the administration is
willing not to terminate the services of and to accommodate the
three appellants, namely, appellant 2 (Jatinder Kaur), appellant 4
(Saudamini) and appellant 5 (Rajwant Kaur). It may be noted that
vide order dated 3rd October, 2024, the appeal qua appellants 1, 3
and 6 stood dismissed for non-prosecution, and vide order dated 3rd
February, 2025, this Court ordered deletion of names of the
appellants 7 and 8 acting upon the application moved by them for
such deletion.
2. Having regard to the fair stand of the administration, we
dispose of this appeal making the interim order absolute.

Appointment of the said appellants 2, 4 and 5 shall be treated to be
in order. We further direct that the show cause notices against them
shall stand quashed and they shall continue in service as per their
terms and conditions of service. The order under appeal,
accordingly, stands set aside.
