Despite these petitions being called out for
the second time, no appearance is made on behalf
of the petitioners on both occasions.
We dispose of these contempt petitions on the
same basis as Contempt Petition No.127 of 2022 in
Civil Appeal No.3919-3921 of 2021 titled "Raminder
Kaur & Anr. Vs. Bijender Singh Rana & Ors.",
decided on 25.03.2022. The order reads thus :
"We decline to interfere in this contempt petition. The contempt petition is dismissed accordingly.
However, if the petitioners so desire may take other appropriate remedy as may be permissible in law for recovery of compensation

amount.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of."
