1. The present Miscellaneous Application is filed

seeking following relief(s):

“a) Pass appropriate directions for

expeditious hearing of the Application

U/s 482 Cr.P.C.No.10964/2024 of the

petitioner pending before the Hon’ble

High Court; And/or

b) Pass any such other/further order(s)

as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the

interest of justice.”

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

perused the material available on record, we are inclined

to allow the prayer made by the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Application is

allowed. The hearing in the Application U/s 482 Cr.P.C.

No.10964 of 2024 pending before the High Court is

expedited. We request the High Court to dispose of the

said application as expeditiously as possible.
