UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of Writ

Petition No. 15747/2007 titled as “A.R. Patali Vs. Commandant, 172

Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force” pending at the High Court

of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur to the High Court of Delhi at New

Delhi.

It is sought to be submitted by Learned Advocate for the

petitioner that the petitioner has been dismissed from service and

now he has shifted to New Delhi. According to him, his petition in

the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur has been listed under

the category of regular matter which is likely to take long time

and therefore he has sought transfer.
