O R D E R

We have heard Mr. Siddharth Gautam learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner (Wife) and also heard Mr. Rahul

Sharma learned counsel appearing for the respondent (Husband).

The parties in the matrimonial disputes are also

present through virtual mode.

The learned counsel has referred to the joint

application I.A.No.182244/2022 to say that in terms of the

settlement deed dated 21.11.2022, the respondent has paid to

the petitioner a sum of Rs.20 Lakhs as full and final

settlement. Accordingly, submission is now made for passing

an order for divorce and also for withdrawal/quashment of the

pending proceedings referred to in paragraph 11 of the joint

application.

Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel

and also the settlement arrived at between the parties, we

deem it appropriate to order for dissolution of the marriage

between “Ritika and Mohit” referred to above. Decree

be drawn up accordingly. All pending proceedings by and

between the parties stand closed.

The parties who are participating in the present

proceeding are to abide by the terms and conditions of the

settlement.
