This petition is filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of F.C.O.P No. 83 of 2022 titled
as “Damodar Kulkarni Versus Ankita Kulkarni” pending before
the Court of Family Judge at L.B. Nagar, R.R. District, Telangana to
the Family Court, Nanded, Maharashtra.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having
considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit
and proper to allow this transfer petition. Accordingly, F.C.O.P No.
83 of 2022 titled as “Damodar Kulkarni Versus Ankita Kulkarni”
is ordered to be transferred from the Court of Family Judge at L.B.
Nagar, R.R. District, Telangana to the Family Court, Nanded,
Maharashtra.
The parties shall record their presence before Family Court,
Nanded, Maharashtra on 02.01.2023.
