O R D E R
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking transfer of
petition being MAT Suit No. 3237/21 filed by the respondent
titled as “Tathagata Mondal V/s Debanjali Mondal” from the
Court of the 9th Additional District Judge, Alipore, South 24
Parganas, Kolkata, West Bengal to the Family Court at
Gautambudh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
2. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. In that light, taking into consideration the grounds
taken in the transfer petition to seek transfer, we direct the
transfer of petition being MAT Suit No. 3237/21 titled as
“Tathagata Mondal V/s Debanjali Mondal” from the Court of the
9th Additional District Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas,
Kolkata, West Bengal to the Family Court at Gautambudh Nagar,
Uttar Pradesh.

4. The records of the case be transferred to the Transferee Court
forthwith and it is expected from the transferee Court to consider
and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible
5. Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is allowed.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
