UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
This transfer petition was disposed of by an order dated 13th
April, 2021. A divorce petition subject matter of the petition was
ordered to be transferred to the Family Court at Siwan. A report
has been submitted by the Incharge Principal Judge, Family Court,
Siwan, District Siwan, Bihar stating that regular Presiding Officer
has not been appointed after the transfer of the Presiding Officer
which took place in July 2021. It is stated that the post of
Presiding Officer of the said Court is vacant.
In view of what is stated in the said letter, the time granted
for disposal of the transferred petition is extended by a period of
six months from today.
