1 Time for the completion of the proceedings before the Commercial Court, District
Court, Allahabd is extended until 31 July 2022.
2 In the meantime, the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is requested, on its
administrative side, to ensure that a posting of a judicial officer is made to fill up
the vacancy which has arisen as a result of the transfer of the officer from the
Commercial Court.
3 The Miscellaneous Application is disposed of.
