UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
M.A.No.472/2022 in SLP(Crl) No.3457/2020
Vide order dated 07.08.2020, this Court while dismissing
the special leave petition, directed the trial court to expedite
the trial and complete the same in accordance with law within a
period of one year.
Now, a letter dated 01.02.2022 from the Additional
District & Sessions Judge No.3, Kota, Rajasthan has been received
in the Registry of this Court requesting therein for extension of
time to conclude the trial by four months.
