brothers, the present petition has been filed by the son of the

one of the brothers namely, Sukhbir Singh Choudhary.

2. Considering that the suit for declaration and partition

was of the properties owned by their father- Mir Singh, in our

opinion, the petitioner being son of the one of the brother may

not have any locus to enter into ...
