1. We have perused the order dated 13th December, 2023 passed in the Petition for
Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 27160 of 2023 sought to be reviewed herein.
2. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the record that warrants
reconsideration. Even otherwise, having gone through the grounds, we are satisfied that no
case for review under Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 has been made
out.
3. The review petition, is therefore dismissed.
