O R D E R
The present Transfer Petition has been filed under Section 25
of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of HMA No.
316/2020 titled as “Amandeep Singh Vs. Hemali” pending before the
Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, Punjab to the
Principal Judge, Family Court, Surat, Gujarat.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
considering the averments in the Petition, a case is made out to
transfer the case being HMA No. 316/2020 from Ludhiana (Punjab) to
Surat (Gujarat).
In the circumstances, the aforesaid case, namely, HMA No.
316/2020 titled as “Amandeep Singh Vs. Hemali” pending before the
Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, Punjab is ordered
to be transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Surat,
Gujarat.
Now, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, Punjab is
directed to transfer/transit the record and proceedings of the
aforesaid HMA to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Surat, Gujarat.

The present Transfer Petition stands allowed, accordingly.
