UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Perused the Office Report dated 9-12-2025.
2. Marriage between the parties has already been dissolved by
Order dated 20-8-2025 passed by this Court. However, it has been
brought to our notice that there has been an arithmetic error in so
far as the exact number of the Divorce Petition before the
Principal Family Judge Court at Karkardooma East, is concerned. In
the original Settlement Agreement dated 25-3-2025/Signed Order
dated 20-8-2025, more particularly in Clause 2 and 3 (...
