UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The present petition has been filed assailing the concurrent

findings of the three courts below convicting the petitioner for

offence under Sections 279 and 304A IPC and sentenced to one year

simple imprisonment.

After we have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner,

find no reason to interfere in the order impugned.

The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
