O R D E R
1. The petitioner (wife) seeks transfer of Cr. Case No.7990 of
2020 arising out of P.S. First Information Report No.59/2020 lodged
at Police Station Mahila District, Saran, Bihar, which is pending
before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Bihar, to
the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the
record.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has no
independent source of income and coupled with the fact that the
distance between Saran, Bihar to Delhi, is more than 900 kms, we
are inclined to transfer the case.
4. In view of the above, but without expressing any views on the
merits of the case, we allow the Transfer Petition and consequently
Cr. Case No.7990 of 2020 arising out of P.S. First Information
Report No.59/2020 lodged at P.S. Mahila District, Saran, Bihar,
