UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner
(accused) seeking transfer of the complaint case No. CS/ 71463/2021
titled as “Avanse Financial Services Ltd Vs. Ponnuthai K. K”
pending in the Court of Learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at
Calcutta to the Court at Salem, Tamil Nadu.
It is sought to be submitted by the learned advocate for the
petitioner that the petitioner would suffer great hardship if
complaint is proceeded against him at Calcutta.
The Court does not find any substance in the said submission.
