O R D E R
We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
(Wife). Also heard the respondent (husband) who submitted in
person through the virtual mode.
The respondent does not oppose this transfer petition. In
consequence, the petition bearing HMA No.2844/2021 titled
“Naveen Vashist vs. Praheli Bhowmik” pending before the Court of
Principal Judge, Family Court, South West Delhi, Dwarka, Delhi
is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction, District
Judge (Family Court) at West Tripura, Agartala, Tripura. It is
ordered accordingly.
The Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South West
Delhi, Dwarka, Delhi shall send the case records to the
transferee Court without any delay.
The parties are directed to appear, either in person or
through an authorised representative, before the transferee
court. However, in case there is non-appearance, court notice
would be issued to the defaulting party.

After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is
directed to make all endeavour either for amicable settlement or
for early decision in the matter without unnecessary
adjournments.
