O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and
circumstances of the case, Suit No. 14/2021,
titled as, “Dr. Abhinav Saxena vs. Dr. Megha
Namdev”, pending before the Court of Principal
Judge, Family Court, Shahjhahanpur (U.P.) is
transferred to the Family Court, Sagar, madhya
Pradesh.
The transferor Court shall forthwith
transmit the entire record relating to the
aforesaid case to the transferee Court for
deciding the case in accordance with law.
The transfer petition is allowed
accordingly.

At the request of learned counsel for the
petitioner, it is clarified that the transferee
Court may explore the possibility of mediation.
