Non-curing of the defects in the counter affidavit filed by
respondent No.1 and 2 as pointed out by the Registry since
05.08.2024 causing delay in the progress of the case. It is
cautioned that if the same is not cured within three weeks’, the
same shall not be taken into consideration and the matter will be
placed before the Court.
