Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. IA No. 310535/2025 has been filed by the

respondent/applicant-husband seeking modification of our

order dated 12.11.2025 passed in Civil Appeal No.

13568/2025 arising out of SLP(C) No. 28415/2023, by which,

by way of settlement an amount of ₹17,50,000/- (Rupees

Seventeen Lakh Fifty Thousand) was to be paid by the

respondent-husband to the appellant-wife latest by

28.02.2026. However, learned counsel for the

respondent/applicant submits that the entire amount has

been paid to the appellant-wife, and the same is not

disputed by learned counsel for the appellant-wife.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent/applicant submitted

that despite the terms of settlement being complied with

and the respondent being free from any further liability,

still due to auto-deduction by the employer of the

respondent, an amount of ₹9,000/- per month is deducted

from the salary/emoluments of the respondent. Thus, prayer

is made to direct the authorities concerned not to make

any further deduction from the pay/...
