1. Read the office report dated 15.02.2024.

2. Despite service of notice of these two petitions under Section

25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 presented by Sau. Deepthi

(hereafter the petitioner) on him, Srinivasa (hereafter the

respondent) has not entered appearance.

3. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was

solemnized on 23.04.2006. Two daughters are born from the wedlock.

However, the parties have since drifted apart owing to differences

having arisen between them.

4. The respondent has instituted a divorce suit under Section

13(1)(ia) and 13(1)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing

Marriage Petition No.22 of 2022 titled ‘Shrinivasa S/o Sambasiva

Rao Parchuri V. Deepthi W/o Srinivasa Rao Parchuri’ before the 4th

Court of Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division and A.C.J.M. Nagpur,

Maharashtra. He has also applied under the Guardians and Wards Act,

1890 for custody of the children bearing Civil M.A. No.178/2020
