UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We find no reason to interfere with the impugned
judgment and order passed by the High Court. The special
leave petition is dismissed.
However, it is clarified that in the event it becomes
necessary in the future the petitioner is at liberty to seek
quashing of the detention order in terms of “Attorney
