UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset, submitted
that respondent has filed a petition being Transfer Petition (Crl)
No.900/2025 wherein this Court has issued notice on 17.10.2025.
Learned counsel therefore, urged that the present petition be
tagged with the aforesaid petition.
In view of the aforesaid requests made by the learned counsel,
issue notice to respondent returnable in six weeks and Registry is
directed to tag the present criminal transfer petition with
Transfer Petition (Crl) No. 900 of 2025.
