O R D E R
This transfer petition has been filed by the
petitioner-wife under Section 25 of the Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of proceedings bearing
H.M.A. No.851 of 2020, titled as “Happy Gaur vs. Renu
Rawal Gaur” pending before the Principal Judge, Family
Court of North-West District, Rohini, Delhi, Tis Hazari
Courts, Delhi to the Family Court, Jind, Haryana.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused
the material placed on record.
3. Though learned counsel for the respondent has
vehemently opposed this transfer petition but, having
considered the circumstances in their totality, we are
of the view that in the interest of justice, transfer of
the proceedings, as prayed for, is warranted.
4. Accordingly, this transfer petition is allowed and
case bearing H.M.A. No.851 of 2020, titled as “Happy

Gaur vs. Renu Rawal Gaur”, pending before the Principal
Judge, Family Court of North-West District, Rohini,
Delhi is hereby transferred to the Family Court, Jind,
Haryana.
5. The parties shall be at liberty to apply before
the transferee court for appearing through the video
conferencing mode.
