the appellant has been denied bail in connection with Case Crime No 370 of

2021, registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 311, 370(V)

and 120B of the Indian Penal Code at PS Gandhi Park, District Aligarh.

3 Notice was issued in these proceedings on 16 March 2022. Pursuant to the

order issuing notice, the State of Uttar Pradesh has appeared through

Additional Advocate General, Mr Vinod Diwakar.

4 The charge-sheet has been submitted after investigation was completed on

20 October 2021. The appellant is in custody since 26 July 2021. Bail has
