2. The appellant challenges the judgment and order dated
24.11.2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application NO.2754 of 2025
titled “Monalisa Goswami vs. State of Assam passed by the
Gauhati High Court.”
3. On 01.12.2025, this Court passed the following order:-
“1. Petitioner challenges the judgment and order dated 24.11.2025 in ABA No.2754/2025 passed by the Gauhati High Court, titled “Monalisa Goswami vs. The State of Assam”. 2. Issue notice, returnable on 23.01.2026. 3. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. Let steps for service be taken within two weeks. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to 1 serve the learned standing counsel for the State of Assam. 5. In the notice itself let it be mentioned that the respondent is required to file the counter affidavit before the next date of listing. 6. In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.13 of 2025 of Vigilance Police Station, Kamrup (M) District, Assam, the petitioner shall be released on bail on the appropriate terms and conditions as may be fixed by the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer. 7.
