1. Leave granted.
2. Appellant challenges the judgment and
order dated 27.10.2025 in Criminal
Miscellaneous Bail Application
No.34926/2025 passed by the High Court of
Judicature at Allahabad, titled “Akhilesh
Dubey vs. State of U.P.”.
3. The appellant was arrested in
connection with Crime No.207 of 2025
registered at Barra Police Station, Kanpur
Crl. A. @ S.L.P. (Crl.) No.19127/2025 1
Nagar District, Uttar Pradesh for the
offences punishable under Sections 308(2),
308(5), 351(3), 308(7), 61(2) and 231 of
the Bhartiya Naya Sanhita, 2023.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the
parties, and perused the material placed
on record, we are of the considered view
that the appellant has made out case for
interference with the impugned order dated
27.10.2025.
5. Considering the totality of
circumstances and also the fact that the
appellant has been in custody since
06.08.2025, we are inclined to grant bail
to the appellant on such terms as may be
fixed by the Trial Court. Ordered
accordingly.
6. To comply with the order, the
appellant shall be produced before the
Trial Court not later than 25.02.2026.
