1. The petitioner has been denied regular
bail by the High Court in connection with
Crime No.537/2023 registered with Kanadia
Police Station, Indore, State of Madhya
Pradesh for the offence punishable under
Sections 307, 341, 147, 148, 149 and 302 of
the Indian Penal Code (for short, “the IPC”).
2. The investigation culminated in filing
of the chargesheet for the offence enumerated
