2. There is an enormous delay of 362 days in filing
this Review Petition. The application for condonation
of delay in filing the Review Petition does not give
sufficient cause.
3. Even otherwise, having perused the review
petition, we find that there is no error apparent on
the face of the record. No case for review under Order
XLVII Rule 1 of the Supreme Court Rules 2013 has been
established.
4. In view of the above, the Review Petition is
dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
5. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any,
is/are disposed of.
