O R D E R

This petition is filed under Section 25 of the C.P.C. seeking

transfer of the Divorce Petition bearing No. DMC/853/2023 titled

“Sumeet Jangra vs. Meenu“ pending before the Court of Principal

Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani, Haryana to the District and Session

Court, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

materials available on record.

In such circumstances and taking into account the distance of

the court where the case sought to be transferred is pending and

the place where the petitioner-wife is presently residing and other

relevant aspects, we are inclined to allow the captioned transfer

petition.

Consequently, Transfer Petition is allowed. Accordingly,

Divorce Petition bearing No. DMC/853/2023 titled “Sumeet Jangra vs.

Meenu“ pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,

Bhiwani, Haryana stands transferred to the District and Session

Court, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani, Haryana

shall transfer the entire records pertaining to the said petition

to the transferee court expeditiously.

The Respondent-husband is permitted to attend the proceedings

virtually, unless his presence is inevitable and required by the

Trial Court.
