Mr M.A.Chinnasamy, Advocate-on-record appears for the sole
respondent and submits that vakalatnama has been filed yesterday
and seeks time to file counter affidavit. Registry to verify and
update the records. Since service was complete on 27.01.2026 and
no counter affidavit has been filed within 30 days of the
service of notice, hence two weeks time as last opportunity is
granted to file the same. If filed, be taken on record, else
further opportunity to file the same would stand declined.
