UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that this Court
has passed an order in Transfer Petition (C) No.2017/2025 filed by
the respondent whereby, the proceedings pending before the City
Civil Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka has transferred to District
Court, Lucknow.
It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready and
willing to settle the dispute with the respondent and for limited
purpose notice be issued for exploring the possibility of
settlement.
