UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner is a tenant who lost the
proceedings of eviction from all the three Courts
below. The petitioner has already handed over
vacant possession of the premises in question to
the landlord.
2. In view of the aforesaid facts and
circumstances, we do not consider it to be a fit
case to exercise our discretionary jurisdiction
under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
3. The present petition is, accordingly,
