Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute
between the parties is likely to be settled and, therefore, for
limited purpose notice be issued for exploring the possibility of
settlement and if, the other party is agreed matter can be sent to
Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, issue notice returnable
within six weeks.
