1. Perusal of the Office Report reveals that service of notice
qua the sole Respondent is not complete.
2. Petitioner is given liberty to serve the Respondent through
the local counsel representing the Respondent in H.M.A. No.
2373/2025 pending before the Additional Principal Judge-9, Lucknow,
Uttar Pradesh and file affidavit of service in this regard.
3. Accordingly, list after six weeks.
