O R D E R
1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner
seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case No.1067 of 2025,
titled “Harikrishan Pandey v. Pooja”, pending before the
Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura, Uttar
Pradesh to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,
Sonepat, Haryana.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner,
we are of the opinion that interests of justice require
that the petition should be allowed.

3. Accordingly, Matrimonial Case No.1067 of 2025, titled
“Harikrishan Pandey v. Pooja”, pending before the Court of
Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh is
hereby transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family
Court, Sonepat, Haryana.
4. Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings
are pending to the transferee Court promptly.
5. On an application made by the respondent, the Court
to which the case is transferred shall permit the
respondent to appear through video-conference on all dates
except on the dates on which her personal presence is
absolutely mandatory.
6. The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
