1. The present Miscellaneous Applications are filed to
modify the order dated 03.11.2025 passed by this Court.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
perused the material available on record.
3. Paragraph no.5 of the order dated 03.11.2025 is

modified as under:
“5. The respondent is permitted to
withdraw the amount deposited by the
petitioner before the High Court.”
4. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Applications are
allowed.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
of.
