O R D E R
1. The petitioner–wife seeks transfer of a petition by the
respondent–husband filed under Section 13(1) of the Hindu
Marriage Act, 1955 bearing H.M.P. No.963 of 2019 titled as
“Shri Mukesh Vijay Alhat versus Smt. Deepika Mukesh Alhat”
pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate Senior Division
at Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused
the record.
3. Having regard to the grounds taken in the transfer
petition, we direct transfer of the case bearing H.M.P. No.963
of 2019 titled as “Shri Mukesh Vijay Alhat versus Smt. Deepika
Mukesh Alhat” pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate
Senior Division at Jalgaon, Maharashtra to the court of
competent jurisdiction being the Principal Judge, Family Court,
Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

4. The records of the case be transferred forthwith to the
Transferee Court.
5. Further, liberty is granted to the respondent–husband to
move an appropriate application before the Transferee Court for
permission to participate in the proceedings virtually. If
