The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section
25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before this Court
seeking transfer of Case bearing H.M.A.No. 198 of 2022 titled
`Harish Kumar Sharma Vs. Anjali Jangid & Anr.’ pending before
the Family Court No.1, Alwar, Rajasthan to the Family Court,
Hisar, Haryana.
Despite service of notice, no one has entered appearance
on behalf of the respondents
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking
into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition,
we direct the transfer of Case bearing H.M.A.No. 198 of 2022
titled `Harish Kumar Sharma Vs. Anjali Jangid & Anr.’ pending
before the Family Court No.1, Alwar, Rajasthan to the Family
Court, Hisar, Haryana.
