UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the record.

The petitioner had earlier filed an application seeking

transfer of proceedings in which on account of a settlement, the

transfer proceedings were closed.

To enforce the settlement agreement, Contempt Petition (C)

No.614/2022 was filed which was withdrawn when the Court expressed

its view that there cannot be any contempt for non compliance of

the agreement.
