UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. It is submitted by the learned senior counsel, Mr. Singh for
the petitioner that the present case is squarely covered by the
decision in the case of U.P. Awas Evam Vikash Parishad Vs. Asha Ram
(Dead) Through Legal Representatives and Ors., (2021) 17 SCC 289.
However, he seeks time to ascertain as to whether the entire amount
of enhanced compensation as directed by the High Court, has been
deposited by the petitioner and paid to the respondents or not.
