1. Leave granted.
2. The appellant is aggrieved by the denial of
regular bail by the Delhi High Court, vide
order dated 14/08/2025 passed in Bail
Application No.3623 of 2024, in connection with
FIR No.391 of 2023 dated 27/05/2023 registered

at P.S. Dayalpur, Delhi, for offences
punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471,
and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
3. We find that the appellant has been in
custody since 20/06/2023. Charges were framed
as long back as on 03/04/2025 but the trial is
yet to commence for want of a report from the
Forensic Science Laboratory.
4. We are informed that the father and the son
of the appellant, who are arrayed as co-accused
in this offence, were denied anticipatory bail
and have been absconding since then. However,
considering the nature of the offence and the
length of incarceration suffered by the
appellant, we are of the opinion that no
grounds are made out to continue the same at
this stage as charges have already been framed.
5. The appeal is accordingly allowed, setting
aside the order dated 14/08/2025 passed by the
