1. The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section 25 of

the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before this Court seeking

transfer of F.C. (Civil) Case No. 1208 of 2025 titled as “Arun

Kumar vs. Sanskriti Kumari” pending before the Court of Principal

Judge No. 2, Family Court, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati (Assam) to the

Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into

consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow

the transfer petition and direct the transfer of F.C. (Civil) Case

No. 1208 of 2025 titled as “Arun Kumar vs. Sanskriti Kumari”

pending before the Court of Principal Judge No. 2, Family Court,

Kamrup(M) at Guwahati (Assam) to the Court of Principal Judge,

Family Court, Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

3. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.

4. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for

compliance.
